On the trail … of the Licaoni

“The secrets of Elba” is a series in parallel with “Elba: The Heritage of Napoleon” produced by the Licaoni. The project involves the production of four episodes, each 7-8 minutes long. Each episode of the main series will be followed by the corresponding backstage episode going “behind the scenes” to show how it was made. In this version of the project, the eye of the telecamera is aimed at the troupe and the cast: movements from one location to another, make-up and hair-styling, staging, real takes but also small errors and the funniest moments on and off the set.

“The secrets of Elba” will show the viewer the production secrets of a web series and will enable them to understand the reasons for the choices made by the director and his troupe; for example, the choice of the most suitable location for shooting each scene. This will also be an opportunity to learn more about the places linked to Napoleon’s exile and about the island and its nature, mines, beaches and characteristic views, so that fans can retrace the steps of this fascinating story.
